We do not accept returns or exchanges on any artworks.

All artworks ship within 4-6 weeks and arrive unframed as a rolled canvas in a protective tube.

Original Paint-to-Order Artwork

By placing an order for a paint-to-order original artwork, you acknowledge that each piece is custom-created for you.

All artworks will be similar in style, colour, and interpretation, but not identical. Natural variations—such as drip lengths, paint flow, and texture—are part of the artistic process. These characteristics make each artwork unique and one-of-a-kind.

Ordering Requirements

You are responsible for providing accurate order information, including:

Full name

Shipping and billing addresses (no P.O. Boxes)

Telephone number

Valid email address

Valid payment method

We are not responsible for mis-delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

All sales are final. Shane Bowden Art Limited Editions are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified once placed, except for delivery address changes before the order has shipped.

Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Accepted payments currently include credit cards (additional methods may be added later).

If a payment is stopped or declined, Shane Bowden Pty Ltd may:

Cancel the order

Seek payment for orders already shipped (including collection costs and legal fees)

Charge interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law

Colour Matching

You acknowledge that colours displayed on screens may vary.

We cannot guarantee exact colour matching between online product images and the delivered artwork.

Personal Data

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sales Tax

Australian orders include the applicable sales tax.

International customers are responsible for any local taxes required by their country.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

Paint to Order 4-6 weeks

Ownership and risk pass to you once the artwork is delivered to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, contact shop@shanebowden.com

within 5 days and include:

Photos of the damage

A copy of the shipping receipt

If approved, a replacement will be provided at no cost. You are responsible for returning the damaged artwork and paying shipping for the replacement.

Returns, Shipping Problems & Damage

All shipping issues or damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photos and a shipping receipt so we can verify the claim.

Exclusions From Returns

If your access to our site or services has been terminated due to violations of these Terms or our Terms of Use, we may refuse return or replacement requests.
